The 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Urban Design Association (UDA) of NSW was held online, fulfilling the requirements of our constitution, including the successful election of 4 new committee members.

A big thank you to everyone who attended! It was fantastic to reflect on our achievements over the past year and discuss the exciting events and initiatives we have planned for the year ahead.

Congratulations to Our New Committee Members

We are thrilled to welcome our 4 new committee members:  Simina Simaki, Michael Kahn, Johanna Schacht and Ravtej Singh. They will be joining our existing committee members—Tanya, Diana, Deena, Gabriela, and Frankie—for a 2-year term, helping to lead UDA towards another action-packed year.

Committee Expansion

Earlier this year, we amended our committee structure to increase membership from 7 to 9 members and extended the term to 2 years. These changes were made to expand our work capacity and ensure the transfer of organizational knowledge. In 2025, the terms of the current committee members will expire, and nominations for these positions will be called.
